Does MiniMax H3 generate audio?
Yes, and you do not have to ask for it. A 2K generation we ran on 2026-08-18 came back with an AAC stereo track at 32 kHz alongside the video, with no audio parameter set in the request. Note that this is not unique to H3 — Sora 2 returns stereo audio too, so audio alone is not a reason to pick one over the other.
What resolution does 2K actually mean here?
We measured the file rather than repeating the label: a 2K generation came back at 2544x1456. That is roughly four times the pixel count of a 1280x720 clip. H3 also offers 480P, 768P and 4K.
How long can a single MiniMax H3 take be?
Fifteen seconds, confirmed by generating one — the file came back at 15.08 seconds with its audio track intact. Most video models on this site cap a single take at 4 to 8 seconds, so H3 covers a full short ad in one run instead of stitching.
